As a founder member of the Police, Corsican guitarist Henry Padovani has enjoyed critical plaudits across the globe. The principal of instrumental group The Flying Padovanis and recently an author of his biography "The secret policeman" Henry is a veritable legend in his native France.
This year sees his return to the stages of the world . Following on from his sensational appearance with the reformed Police at the Stadt De France Henry will be gracing the stage at Hyde Park on June the 29th opening for his old band mates with his recently reformed group The Flying Padovanis.
To celebrate these events he has just released a retrospective album "Three for the trouble" which includes the best of his output with the Flying Padovanis and their unique take on Ventures styled instrumental guitar rock. Also released this year will be "A Croire Que C'Etait Pour La Vie his amazing solo album which includes contributions from his old band mates Sting and Stewart Copeland plus Manu Katche and Glen Matlock.
